Some of you might not be all too familiar, how skins work in CS2 and for those of you who might ask “what are floats & patterns in cs2?”, this guide might come in handy. CS2 skins are divided into five float value categories. Here is an explanation for CS2 float values.

CS2 Float values explained:

 

• Factory New (FN) float value between 0 - 0.07
• Minimal Wear (MW) float value between 0.07 - 0.15
• Field-Tested (FT) float value between 0.15 - 0.38
• Well-Worn (WW) float value between 0.38 - 0.45
• Battle Scarred (BS) float value between 0.45 - 1.00

 

CS2 patterns range from: 0 - 1000
